Prasanna Mohile leads the Corporate Affairs Division at Pernod Ricard India, bringing over four decades of rich experience in Public Affairs and Public Relations across a variety of industries. His expertise enables him to effectively navigate and address issues that impact the business landscape in India.

In his current capacity, Prasanna is entrusted with the responsibility of evaluating trends, policies, and emerging issues pertinent to regulatory bodies. He formulates and executes strategic initiatives in alignment with Pernod Ricard India's overarching business objectives. He maintains a thorough understanding of the implications of legislative, executive, regulatory, think tank, and NGO policies on business operations, and actively advocates for policies that support the company's interests.

Prasanna also oversees the internal audit function to ensure the effective operation of governance, policy, and internal control processes, as well as corporate compliance processes and externally mandated organizational assessments. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the visibility and reputation of Pernod Ricard India among key stakeholders, positioning the company as a leader in the liquor industry.
With nearly 11 years at Pernod Ricard India, Prasanna has demonstrated exceptional acumen and expertise. Prior to his tenure at Pernod Ricard, he held significant roles at organizations such as Raisoni Group of Institutions, JSW Energy, Indorama Synthetics, and Universal Pharmaceuticals.

Prasanna holds a B.A. from Nagpur University and pursued International Marketing at Indira Gandhi National Open University. As an Executive Member of the Board and the National Head of Corporate Affairs, Prasanna is dedicated to steering Pernod Ricard India in the right direction, contributing significantly to the company's 'India Growth Story.'
