G.S Selwyn is the Executive Vice President for Rolls-Royce in India and Managing Director of MTU India (Rolls-Royce’s Power Systems division). With over three decades of experience in various sectors and roles, Selwyn heads the India leadership team at Rolls-Royce. He is the head of the Power Systems business since 2019, where he helms the sales and service operations for MTU engines, as well as the engineering centre at Pune.

Prior to joining MTU India, Selwyn was Vice President at Samtel Avionics Limited in India, where he led international business development and also oversaw its joint venture, Thales Samtel Avionics, as Vice President and CEO. Before that, he served as the Managing Director at ULM in Germany for 12 years.

He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Science (B.Sc) and in Technology (B.Tech), a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management (PGDMM), in addition to an MBA in International Business from the European University in Munich, Germany.
